Location: Remote within Ireland, with occasional travel required
Contract: 4 – 6month contract, full-time

About your role:
Are you a Senior Program Manager with 7 -10 years ‘plus experience in within a Project Management role within the medical device industry? Our client, one of the most prominent medical device manufacturers in the world, needs an experienced Senior Program Manager to join their dynamic team. Your primary focus will be on supporting the removal and elimination of PFAS materials from our client's processes across their global sites.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- You will work closely with internal and Global stakeholders to understand performance, issues and then collaborate with them to develop action plans.
- You will work with Global Stakeholders to define clear and detailed solution requirements.
- You will work with the team to develop improvement plans, allocate budgets and timelines, which you will then track and report on progress and completion.
- Identify potential risks or obstacles that could impact project deliverables and work with the wider team to mitigate these risks.
- Create and maintain regular reports for stakeholders across the global sites, where you will address achievements, challenges, and solutions.
What the Ideal Candidate Looks Like:
Qualifications:
- You must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and or Chemistry.
- You hold a Project Management certification.
Experience:
- You will ideally have at least 7 -10 years of experience in a similar role within the Medical Device industry, with a proven track record of working on Global Projects across multiple geographies.
- You are knowledgeable on Medical Device regulations as well as have a firm understanding of Validation.
- You have an understanding of PFAS management.
Skills:
- The ideal candidate will be skilled in project management as well as people management.
- You are an analytical thinker, and an adept problem solver.
- You have a proven track record of working across projects with multiple streams.
- Excellent communicator, both verbally and written.
- Possess the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
